Having never used Bed and Bath before but finding them online I ordered some pillow cases from them. A lovely product at a good price with very quick delivery - what’s not to like?!

During these difficult unprecedented times we are managing our stock levels and deliveries extremely well.We strive to always keep our customers informed and satisfied. In this case we informed you in time of a slight delay in getting the parcel to you due to one item being in transit from our suppliers to our warehouse. You agreed to wait for the order to be completed before sending it out. To our surprise this review was left considering the communication we have had. We take pride in customer service and we are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service and standards of operation. A full refund has been issued. Again our sincere apologies.
