Dear Z, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are waiting for us to get back to you. I can assure you that we have emailed you twice with a response. Please can you check your email (junk folder) and get in touch with us. Of course you can return your items, this is not a problem at all. We offer a 100-day no quibble returns policy. We can either collect the parcel at your address or alternatively you can drop it off at a local Hermes drop off point. Please do get back to us so we can finalise your return.
