Dear valued customer. I am so sorry to hear that you have been waiting for your delivery from Yodel. However I am pleased that it was delivered today. Orders placed in the weekend are being fulfilled the next working day - in this case a Monday - when our warehouse is open. Again our sincere apologies if you had to wait a little longer for your parcel. Customer service is extremely important to us! B&BE was responsive and efficient in answering my questions over e-mail in what was a bit of back and forth because given the investment, I had quite a few questions.

If at first you don’t succeed……..
The first delivery arrangement went wrong as I didn’t receive my order. However Bed and Bath Emporium put everything tight by arranging a new carrier who delivered my order on time with no hiccups.
