If your software would let me I'd give you no stars. Despite being assured I'd be contacted within 48 hours, 2 working days later I have heard nothing.
Promised 7 day delivery then apologised and said it would be a 8 days and gave me the delivery date - stayed in all day and then got a text late in the late afternoon saying delivery never went out...

I chased for refund again last Friday your accounts department said it would be in my account within 24 hours. Now Monday night no sign of refund - what I don't understand is how funds can be removed same day but refund can take so long !
