Further to the points above, I was told by your agent that the other person involved in buying my house had the money in his account and had no Chain, which unfortunately was another lie, I was also informed in writing that the house would be completed on the 9/6/17 which was another lie, the house was eventually completed on the 20/7/17 when it should have been on the 14/7/17, after numerous phone calls from me to the agents and my solicitors I think the £10,080.00 I paid you is a ****** cheek as I seem to be doing all the work, it wasn't until I refused to talk to the agent that the manager got involved again unfortunately to late its not for me to them how to run there team (I managed 96 staff at Barclays insurance and I new when someone stepped out of line, I made it my business that's the mark of a good manager)
