Hello Mr Razvi, thank you for leaving a review of your recent experience with us on Feefo. We're very sorry to hear that you're upset with the level of service received throughout the sale of your home. We understand and appreciate that selling and moving home is one of the most stressful things that anyone can do and our aim is to help alleviate some of that stress - Having spoken to the Branch Manager they sympathise in some parts but do believe that everything was fully explained to you in the first instance. The solicitor's costs, for example, were never agreed as part of the fee and were clearly costed on your signed SHC form. The implications of breaking the chain were explained to you by both ourselves and the buyer's agent. None of the paperwork provided for the boiler/extensions had sign-off hence, indemnities were needed to progress the sale of the home. Given the comparable sale price of £665,000 for a similar home in the area, we hope the price achieved of £725,000 would look like we had your best interests at heart. With regards to the new owners not moving in, we would have no control over that as this would ultimately be their choice after the sale had been completed.
