Hi Ann,
Thank you very much for your feedback. I was unable to get you on the phone. On behalf of the company, please accept my apologies that the renewal notice was not issued to you in good time. Our underwriters had sent out a letter to you requesting a copy of your licence as you had previously advised us of a medical condition in 1996. We did not follow this up in good time and we apologise for the oversight.
In spite of our error, you still renewed with us and we thank you for your continued custom. If you have any queries, please feel free to reply to me.

Based on my experience
They're really good to deal with renewal was simple and easy price a bit more than I expected but I got the insurance cover i needed overall verry happy
