Happy with service
Got good value car insurance, even though it had gone up which seems ridiculous, it was the cheapest I could find. They had an efficient service, would buy from them again

Customer service good phone lines not so good
Automated phone service is annoying and often it's difficult to get through but when you do staff are efficient and friendly

The call centre was really busy so had to wait ages to get connected but when I did you offered the best quote.
