Polite , fast , efficient on the phone and in the local cork office ( handed in documents there ) . And very cost efficient

Very happy with AXA renewal quote!
Very happy with AXA's renewal terms and quote so went ahead with them for a second year's motor insurance. Hope I won't have to see how good they are at processing a claim!

Fine but better out there
Didn't find Axa very helpful when I went to renew my policy. They didn't seem to value me as a customer and I will be looking at other companies in the future.

Overall experience is good..
Staff always very polite and helpful. Have been with axa for many years and will stay providing I get good value.
