We appreciate the time you have taken to leave your feedback. Across the Irish Insurance Industry, premiums have risen due to a number of factors. A sustained increase in the number of personal injury claims, higher court awards, and the collapse of Setanta Insurance, have all contributed to this.
At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, all premiums have gone up this year.

Everythink about money
I like when I can talk face to face, not through phone. I'm happy with you because you have branch in Swords. I'm NOT happy abaut price! Is getting more and more expensive.

Fast, efficient, freindly, helpful.

good friendly staff
My only small disappointment was that the price I was quoted on the phone was cheaper than the price I received in the post, i.e the quote given did not include charge for d/d .
