Price increase was horrendous.
For a busy person, needing to call Axa is a massive pain - they need to validate everything.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your customer service experience did not meet expectations. We do understand that our procedures can be quite time consuming, but we are bound by Central Bank regulations and must conduct business in an approved manner, which means validation of all information and lengthy phone procedures.
The price, unfortunately is something that we can do little about as we have had to implement rate changes for all of our products as a result of the current insurance market situation.

excellent service.
AXA had great customer service and the renewals are so easy you literally have to do noting no long phone calls or forms it's all done for you. Very time saving. A brilliant service.

I am satisfied with their service and have had a continuous policy for 16 years with Axa
I had my first ever accident since driving 20 years. AXA gave me a replacement car and were very kind on the phone while I reported the accident and was still in shock.
