I found Axa staff very helpful when requesting explanations to my renewel notice I also find the staff helpful with any questions I have

No 10% discount with other Axa policy's opened through broker. Overpriced due to car being over 15 years too, even though car passes nct ever year.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. no issues here. I was annoyed by the huge hike in my insurance as I have been using AXA since 1992 and never had an accident and have full no claims bonus.
