Keep up the good work

Thank you for your comment Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards. The majority of customers across all companies are seeing price increases as a result. At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great product to suit our customers needs.
We really appreciate your business, and would like to thank you for your continued loyalty to AXA and for renewing your policy with us.
In relation to the payments dates, unfortunately this is not something we can change at the moment as all instalments are requested for the start of the month.
You can however, pay instalments over the phone or in any branch by card at any time, so if it suited you to pay the October instalment on September 25th for example, you could pay over the phone instead.
