Did not receive what I requested. Still waiting for all documentation.
Purchased insurance two weeks ago and still waiting on final very despite having provided all requested documentation. Asked in writing to receive everything by hard copy and this did not happen.

There seemed to be no overview of the difficulties I was having.
My initial contact was fine and I was happy with my quote. After that, I seemed to enter a maze, very difficult to exit.
