Great to deal with and piece of mind with my cover
I am a customer of AXA since 1988. I have excellent level of cover that no other company can provide for the same price which gives me great piece of mind.

Could do better for those that have not any claims
Well my insurance was very expensive and I got no discount at all even though I'm a customer since 2011 I was a bit disappointed.

We appreciate the time you have taken to leave your feedback. Across the Irish Insurance Industry, premiums have risen due to a number of factors. A sustained increase in the number of personal injury claims, higher court awards, and the collapse of Setanta Insurance, have all contributed to this. At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, all premiums have gone up this year.

Breakdown with great communitation to what suited me
Had a car break down in cork on my daughter last year and it was taken to my own garage with no extra expense great communication
