I still haven't received my insurance disc and it has been nearly a week

Super-gentleman Matthew who gave a first class service with ease. Mathhew is an example in customer service perfection. He was great on the phone and deserves a lot of credit

Am glad to be back with AXA, am glad your quotes were competitive
The lady who helped me online was very helpful and thorough, I felt I could trust her. The speed of reply to send the documents was excellent, all sorts in a very short space of time.
