Bettered a quote I had and was fairly pleasant up to me asking for a receipt of my payment, for a tax return. Letter was sent but it wasn't what i asked for

Very friendly & helpful staff. Just started process of perhaps claiming off my insurance after an unfortunate hit & run which because it was too dark was unable to get reg no. etc. So far I'm pleased...

Its good being able able to speak to someone local plus the conversation was to the point without any unnecessary sales pitch. Premium quotation was very competitive.
