It makes a huge difference to be able to speak to a local person on the phone or call in to our local branch. The branch staff are very helpful, friendly and professional.

Renewal documents plus cert of insurance not forwarded .Had to contact axa for documents. car key fob not received yet.

Axa gave a dearer quote than other companies, even though ive been with them years with no accidents they still wouldnt reduce price, only reason i renewed with them was that we needed insurance...
