The AXA experience is very satisfactory with calls handled promptly.
Quick to answer calls and efficiently dealt with by a helpful customer adviser.
Service is very good and documents arrived promptly after renewing.
Only down side is that premiums seem a bit...

Speed up answering calls
I had to wait far too long for my call to be answered and I really was becoming quite agitated listening to the same old thing over and over again
