I believe a member of staff has contacted you regarding the mix up with the collection date.
Again we are really sorry about this issue, and are looking into this to establish where the mistake was made.
Regarding no one getting in touch with you, we do always call on the day of collection, however in your case there was a mix up with the date, so the call was made on the day of collection we had booked in, which was unfortunately not the date you had.
Again, we are very sorry about the mix up with your collection, it is something the very rarely happens.
