Hi there K Thank you for your review. Good or bad we do take them on board but we do expect our customers to leave truthful reviews. We always like to help customer regardless of how much you spend with us, but when its not a warranty we can't pay to fix and repair goods at our cost. No shop would be expected to do this. You had complained that the finger scooter was faulty from the start by telling an untruth. But it wasn't faulty was it? It turned out that your child had lost a very small part which is removable as these finger scooters are customisable and are designed to come apart. The parts are very small and can be lost if not careful. We tried to help you get the scooter up and running again pointing out that you could buy spares which were around 50p. We suggested that if he had lost the part once it was most likely to happen again as they are small. For anyone reading - this part is the size of a grain of rice so you need to be careful when taking apart. Whether you spend the minimum like this customer did - £7.95 or up to £100 plus, the parts are all the same size and you do need to be careful. Again if the scooter was faulty we would have fixed but when parts are lost we can't be held liable.
