Hi there. who you've been in contact with us the entire time. You emailed to say you bought a kite and it hadn't arrived. I checked the address to make sure all was correct as a first point. You live in Northern Ireland but had selected Royal Mail standard delivery which we were not recommending to customers due to the Covid extended delivery times. You ordered on the 14th after we closed, so we shipped your parcel on the 17th of December which was the next working day. Royal Mail 24 service was not guaranteeing Christmas delivery to Northern Ireland at this point as I had explained. This is the fastest standard service we can send currently with Royal Mail. If you had wanted this sooner or tracked you would have to pay extra for shipping which was an option in checkout process. Tracking shows it has now been delivered on the 8th Jan sorry this service is very slow in some areas more than others and it is out of our control and is shown in the checkout process as an extended delay.
