Really disappointed. Stud lost stones in under a week. Awful response from customer service when reported. Such a shame as I normally love the products

I can see your order was shipped on the 9th and delivered on the 11th, standard delivery is 3-5 working days as stated on the website,
I am also sorry to hear you were not happy with the size of the earrings, we do provide full measurements on the website to ensure the customers are aware our earrings are dainty pieces :)
