Plants were v. good and well packed but shipping agent piled 8 boxes on top of each other and bottom box was squashed. The plants survived this OK. This has already been raised direct to Ashridge.
The original delivery date was missed by 2 weeks however that was due to a cold wet spell and an unwillingness to send out inferior plants. Emails kept me informed so no problem with that.
We are sorry that your plants arrived damaged and have not survived. we have been in touch by email asking for the number of plants required for replacement but have yet to receive a reply.
Please do get in touch and we will be happy to replace the damaged and dead plants.
