Some of the original plants supplied to me didn't survive. I took this as 'natural wastage' kind of thing. Ashridge picked up this issue from my feedback and immediately contacted me and sent replacements. Their service was brilliant and I felt really cared for! A level of service I wasn't expecting; couldn't be bettered.

Very helpful and efficient when ordering plants on the telephone.
Ashridge plants are always high quality, they are packed well and delivered when promised. They are now the first place I look when considering buying hedging plants or trees.
