Everything is dry and dying by the time it arrives! The roots need moisture during transit otherwise it's a waste of money, receiving dried out twigs!

We are sorry that your plants were looking dry on arrival. Our orders are packaged up on the day they are despatched and the roots of the plants are all damp when they are packed.
We do take pride in the quality of the plants that we supply and we are sorry if you feel that on this occasion we have let you down.
Please note that all of our plants are guaranteed, so it is not in our interest to send out any plants that we do not think will thrive. Hopefully, your plants will be fine, but please do contact us in the spring once the weather warms up should your plants fail to thrive.
I was kept up to date with the progress of my order (delivery was delayed due to the weather). Instructions concerning where to leave the parcel were observed. The plants were well packaged.

A very good service and competitively priced. Plants received in good order and on time.
Packaging was poor and although intact it was not really strong enough for the weight of the package
Very prompt delivery
I ordered online so no advice given but normally Ashridge nurseries give...
A high quality, mail order, garden plant nursery; you can buy trees, hedging, roses, climbers, and many flower border staples, all safely online. We deliver across mainland England, Scotland & Wales, and the Isle of Wight to gardeners at home, and to farmers & forestry projects.
