Thank you for your feedback Kelly. Emma who was the initial member of the team you dealt with went on maternity leave to have her first baby in the middle of December, as such she wasn’t around in January to manage the handover when your paperwork arrived at our office. We will use your feedback to ensure there is smoother handover when people are departing the business.
