Helpful but slow

Very slow with the application and not organised with what is needed. I think could have been done quicker. Staff helpful though to keep you updated with the progress

From our side, this case completed within 4 weeks of the application forms being sent out to you which is in line with usual market timelines, however we take on board your feedback and will continue to push our lending partners to have a more concise list of information needed in order to move even quicker.
