UPS never delivered the order. We were home but left note to go and collect. We asked them to redeliver and after waiting for days for them to do so we ended up going to collect it as we needed it.

Difficult

Mix up with postal address, amendment not recorded. Nothing more than an apology offered, which is not good enough.

I received both oral and written confirmation that the mix up had been sorted on your end. Yet the parcel still went to the wrong address. I suggested that a discount would be more useful to me than an apology. I asked for the discount because I was not offered one.
