Thank you, Justin! We're thrilled to hear that Maria and the entire team delivered an outstanding experience across the board — accommodation, excursions, meals, and all. We hope you and Shirley enjoyed every moment, and we very much look forward to welcoming you both on your next journey with us!

Thank you for the honest feedback! We're glad the service delivered overall, and your comments about the early responsiveness are noted and appreciated — it helps us continue raising the bar for our travellers. We hope to welcome you on another adventure in the future!

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We sincerely apologize for the room mix-ups — being assigned accessible rooms when that wasn't needed, along with the uncomfortable bedding, are things we take seriously and will pass along to our hotel partners. On the bright side, it's wonderful to hear the guides, driver, excursions, and shows were a real highlight of the trip. We appreciate your candour and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother experience!

Thank you for the lovely feedback! Knowing our team was always on hand to help means everything to us. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon!

Thank you, Linda! We're glad the food, guides, airport transfers, and luggage portering all delivered on your Prague, Krakow, Budapest & Vienna tour. Steve and the whole team work hard to keep every part of the journey running smoothly, and we hope to welcome you back on another adventure in the future!
