Hi, traveller! Thank you for the kind words!

Dear Traveller, Thank you for your 4-star review and for the kind words about the tour itself — hearing it was top notch is wonderful! We're sorry, however, to hear that the pre-tour communication didn't fully meet your expectations. Clear and timely communication in the lead-up to departure is something we care deeply about, and your feedback is a valuable reminder to keep raising the bar. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you'll give us the opportunity to demonstrate the full Approach Tours experience on a future adventure. The Approach Tours Team
