Dear Marjorie, Thank you for your glowing 5-star review! We're delighted that every service provider on your Egypt & the Nile journey made such a wonderful impression — those little touches like the towel art on the Nile cruise really do make a trip magical. Kathleen clearly did a wonderful job ensuring you felt looked after every step of the way. We're also thrilled to see you've booked our Sicily tour — another breathtaking destination that we know you'll love. We hope it lives up to the very high bar Egypt & the Nile set! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Enchanting Portugal tour. We want to sincerely acknowledge that the pace of your tour did not meet your expectations. Portugal has so much to see that our itineraries are full by design, but every activity is optional: you're always welcome to skip one, explore at your own pace and rejoin the group later, and your Group Guru and National Guide are happy to suggest how to spend that time. Food is an essential part of a great tour, and we always strive to provide meals that blend local flavours and familiar tastes from home. Most lunches and dinners are pre-set two- and three-course meals, planned with restaurants in advance so a group of up to 30 can be served smoothly. Rest assured, your feedback will be taken to heart as we plan future tours. Should you wish to discuss your experience further, please call us at 1-866-351-9545 or email travellersupport@approachtours.com. The Approach Tours team
