I returned an item and still have not recieved any sort of refund after nearly 2 weeks now

We have tried to email you multiple times but havent had a reply. I have now refunded you for your order. If you could also reply to the emails sent on 2015-11-30 10:28:46 and 2015-12-03 09:44:29 it will be greatly appreciated and we hope this has not put you off from shopping with us again in the near future.
