Bed was a bit narrow compared to our last california king. Our bed frame has space along 3 of the 4 sides showing now

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have not had any other complaints with the size of the mattress. Often times folks tend to have larger frames than normal because the frame manufacturer wants to make sure they don't want to make the frame too small. We will keep an eye out for this and we are glad to hear the mattress is working out otherwise.

We are sorry to hear that the mattress was too firm for you. We actually get most folks saying the 12" Hybrid Medium is the perfect firmenss for them and some have even said it was too soft. We do have toppers available if you would like to soften things up to help with pressure-point forgiveness. We would also highly recommend rotating it if you have not done so by now.

the touch and feel and size was perfect. it's just that the attachments could become inconvenient if you need to put the mask on and off more than once. elastics use could be easier.
