Some rides are out dated as for the Harry Potter village it was very cramped. not enough access to the shops. The Spiderman ride broke down. The City Boardwalk was very good also a good atmosphere....

Not what it used to be. Needs a complete upgrade. very poor for shows and rides

Amazing rollercoasters and the park is always clean

Excellent rollercoasters, park is always clean also very good with disabilities

Some rides are dated and there are a lot of simulators which I can’t ride, however Harry Potter world was amazing

This park is closed for refurbishment so we didn't go but from past experience it's a good place

Quick easy service I called the free phone number spoke to a wonderful lady. When I paid in full I got an email with the ticket numbers on. So easy

Bad queueing system for the rides. Granddaughter was told she couldn't go in any water as she had a plastic sleeve protecting a finger bandage. Horrible lady horrible experience. We will not go back...
