Clear and helpful quick service
Clear and cheerful telephone advisor. Helpful and quick with ideas to make our stay hopefully enjoyable. Glad I called to book to be honest reduced any concerns I may of forgotten somthing!

The process was very easy as always
Love the fact it was easy considering the demand after lockdown.
Once again, Alton towers is the place to go and we can’t wait!!
