Excellent customer service
The agent searched on many dates so she could find me the room I wanted for my children for our stay. She explained all the booking details and services available.

Relatively easy, ridiculous lack of family rooms
Booking was okay. My only complaint is there are only a few family rooms for 5 people. Split into two rooms (far from ideal! On a family break) and they don’t even have adjoining rooms.
