Could not book on via web site so used live chat, bit clunky but emma was helpful and arranged call back. Bit long windied rather than booking on line but got there eventually

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, As Alton run their scarefest before and slightly after Halloween it may have been a mix up in communication as to whether she thought the start of scarefest or actual Halloween, apologies if this was not made clear. I can see that the booking was made online and under the bed and breakfast rate of up to 35% off. Our call center is open 9am-9pm during the week and until 8pm at weekends so if there is anything else we can ever help you with please do give us a call and we would be very happy to help.
