Great family stay
Check in very slow. Make sure you print your tickets first, otherwise it's just a mess having to email it to them.
Lots to do, premises very clean. Short walk to both hotels. Very impressed

I had a voucher code to use and couldn't use it online because the price wasn't what I quoted. I spoke to the web chat who gave me a free phone number. I booked but not at the price I had been quoted...

Hotel was a disgrace...booked threw alton towers and stayed in hotel 7 miles away awful!!

I think the whole place needs updating the only good point was the breakfast 🍳 the room for 328 per night was awful the toilet paper was disgusting
