Website would not take a booking, had to call 0871 number at my own expense in order to book
Sorry but the website did not accept my booking. I was directed to ring an 0871 number at my own expense, in order to make the booking. Having to pay for the call added insult to injury.

feedback on your stay at point of booking for stay months in future is ridiculous
feedback on your stay at point of booking for a stay months ahead is ridiculous.
i have not been yet, whoever devizes these systems need a lesson on common sense

Booking straightforward. no dinner spaces available. Place stinks. Shockingly awful
Booking service was straightforward. Hotel splash lands is overpriced, smells, has nonchalant staff, can't get a table for dinner, needs a thorough clean
