Hotel is fantastic for kids I definitely recommend this to anyone. There's so much to do for the kids not just in the park but the entertainment in the hotel is fantastic, the water park is amazing too. We will always make a trip here to Alton towers it is amazing !

Booking process is easy enough but website isn't as easy to use as I'd expect from a large company, especially on a tablet. Navigation can be difficult and specific short break details can be hard...

website is not as clear as it could be and the restuarants are not clear either. Bookingwas fine just like other sites

Great service
Had to phone as there was nowhere to enter discount code online.The woman who handled the call was fantastic and very polite and helpful.
