Excellent Customer Service
Very easy to use, my only criticism would be that merlin pass holders should be able to get there discount by entering there pass number on web site without having to phone

Easy reservation to make
Very easy to use. Was able to add extras very easily. Would highly recommend and would definitely use it again.

booking process
staff very friendly and accomodating, no problems with altering any of the booking process if we have to.they are always willing to help.
