What's the point?????

Honestly!!! What is the point of this survey?? Shouldn't this be done after I've actually seen the room?, been in the room? Yeah... 5 star for taking my money, you've done a great job.

It's perfectly understandable to ask the customer to leave a review when they visited a restaurant or a tourist destination, but a lot of businesses solicit customer reviews on their experience before their visit there - to gauge their experience with booking their visit, support they were offered, the level of service they were provided, etc.

This is why we do this: to measure our customers' satisfaction to ensure to provide the best possible service to all our customers, so we couldn't thank you enough for sharing your thoughts with us.

When someone visits a restaurant or a tourist destination its done, they have seen the restaurant, tasted the food, experienced the place. I'm afraid trying to compare me going to your website and not actually seeing or experiencing the hotel is in no way the same. So why would anyone solicit customer experience BEFORE their visit? Would you review a plumber before he has finished a job?Or a mechanic before he has fixed a car? No. So until I've actually been to the hotel how can, not only me but others, review anything about you until it's done? It seems a pointless exercise. Anyway, I too hope to enjoy my time away and I will give feedback on my return. Thanks.
