I have been looking into what happened when you placed your order with us and I want to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the adaptor being delayed. I can assure that the the utmost care was taken for your order but due to delivery delays out of our control the adaptor reached you later than expected. We appreciate this is a reflection on us and have done our best to pinpoint the issue to make sure it does not happen on future orders.

I am sorry about the issues you have with the Maytag dryer you purchased from ourselves. We always do what we can to ensure our customers are confident that when they order from us they are getting a top quality appliance that works as intended. Unfortunately in this case this did not happen and after speaking with the manufacturer they deemed the best option was to attend the unit and attempt a repair. We would always do what we can to help but we are bound by the manufacturers terms and conditions in regards to after sales support in most cases. I am sorry the service level wasn't of a high enough standard on this occasion but we are constantly improving what we and the manufacturers can offer our customers based on feedback like yours.
