Customer service, communication and delivery were brilliant. Vacuum is poor, suction marginally more than breathing in, holds low volume of waste and roller is ******* with hair after second use.
I ordered a frying pan and it came bent out of shape. I emailed costumer service and a replacement was sent out immediately and arrangements made to pick up the damaged one. Couldn't have handled it...
