I guess we all need a bit of negative feedback in order to make the good reviews seem legit. We cant please everyone so it seems.
Yes, the old aerial was left as we cant take peoples property away with us and we would get charged for commercial waste if we dispose.
The missed appointment was due to a slow email / text conversation and I have apologised for this.
We did try to attempt the revisit but unfortunately we don't work on an evening unless we were to be in your area.
