I’m really sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had. I completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when it was meant to be a special 16th birthday present. The supplier notifying you that the date was full after your booking was confirmed is not the level of experience we want you to have. As there hasn’t been any contact made to us by either yourself or the experience operator, we unfortunately weren’t aware that the booking was unable to go ahead. The website is very hard to naviagte I wasn’t able to book using my voucher- I had to call. My the time I had got through the offers had changed and so had the dates I wanted to book
