I have had a look through the notes on your order and can see that your refund was processed the same day you made your purchase and you were advised that your preferred date was unavailable as soon as your request was sent through. Once processed from our end, it can take a few business days for the funds to show in your account and I hope it will show up for you shortly.

I have had a look at your booking and can see that a request was made for a date but it was not confirmed by the operator yet, which is why they did not have a booking for you.
