Hi, Thanks for your feedback, we also noticed that it was getting difficult for people to get through to us, so we have recruited more staff to make it easier. We are in the process of training these additional staff members to our usual high standards, so that when you need to contact us again, you get the same high quality service you have come to expect, only faster!

Not received my travel insurance documents yet at my address when I should

I haven’t received my travel insurance documentation which is supposed to have already arrived a week and a half ago at my address which has stopped me from giving 4 stars
