To pay the full managed fee, and receive a service like I am getting now is scandalous.

Never answer their phones, never return calls when asked to. Inflate bills for gas checks, get your own quotes, DO NOT rely on their contractors. Typical behaviour of a letting company

Wonderful service.

Terrible.

Customer service was terrible,estate agent was late for viewings on our house and other houses,lost payment details,didn't keep us updated of things going on.Worst thing off all was they did nothing...
